ssBased on the calling schedule you enter on your secure web page, we will call loved one up to four times a day for as many as seven days per week
When we place place the scheduled call, we will take action in three different scenarios
- If your loved one does not answer the call, we will notify you with a text or phone message letting you know that the call was not answered.
- You choose how we should handle a call that is not answered. Maybe you want us to try calling your loved one back one more time before we send you a notification, or maybe you want us to notify you immediately.
- We will notify you with a text or phone message letting you know that the phone was answered, but we did not receive a response.
- You choose how we should handle a call that is answered, but for which your loved one did not press one or three. Maybe you want us to try calling your loved one back one more time before we send you a notification, or maybe you want us to notify you immediately.
- We will notify you that the call was made and that your loved one is OK.
